Q: How much additional for the engraving / lettering?
A: Our prices are for COMPLETED work - I don't have time to count letters and I'm sure that you do not either!  Therefore, the price you see is all inclusive, with the exception of an occasional Logo Set Up Charge (when it requires excessive time for initial set up).

Q: How do you do it all?
A: I'm not real sure!! I just LOVE what I do, and I take a lot of pride in my work.

Q: Why do you do this?
A: Because I get a great deal of satisfaction from a job well done. The customer (you) gets a product you are proud of, and the recipient receives recognition for something that makes them feel good.

It is a total WIN-WIN-WIN situation!!

Q: Who are your customers?
A: My customers are tall, short, big, little, rich, poor, white, black, (and everything in-between), fun, serious, laid-back, up-tight, professional, blue-collared, etc.

However, there is ONE thing in common - THEY ARE GREAT!!!

I have truly been blessed with THE MOST AWESOME CUSTOMERS any business could ever wish for!!

Q: How do I become a customer?
A: Come on in!! We have something for EVERYONE!! And for every occasion!! We'll help you find that treasure that you will be so happy to have or give! Unfortunately, we cannot possibly show everything on the website - this is just a sampling of what we have and what we can do for you!! Make plans to get into the store as soon as you can.

Q: Will your website EVER be complete?
A: Probably not... There is SO MUCH to show you, plus everyday I come up with something new ... don't expect that this will ever be finished - but do check back often, as I do tend to change things around every now and then!!

Q: What do I do if I find an error on your website?
A: Egads!! Email me immediately so that I can fix it!! Use the Email address at the top of the HOME page and let me know about it.

Q: How did my item get on your website?
A: If your item was purchased from Sign It Quick, you are likely to see it here!! I try to rotate some pictures or show variations of some of the same items. Unless you ask me otherwise, your item is likely to be featured on this website! (Besides... It shows others what great taste you have!!)

Q: I have questions that are not answered here, what do I do?
A: Call me! Email me!! I've got answers that are not questioned here!!! I'll be happy to answer all of your questions - even the hard ones!!

Q: Are you serious about what you do?
A: There's not much in my life (except my family) that I am more serious about. I believe in providing a quality product, at a fair price and with great customer service... I also believe we can have a good time doing it too!! When you come to my shop, you'll find a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, and you'll soon realize that you are doing business with a friend.

Q: Can Items Be Shipped?
A: Yes, most definitely. This should be calculated automatically during Check Out, however if there is a problem, the amount shown is unbelievably unreasonable (this means I made an error or haven't updated it from the old site), or you need some other type of service not offered there, simply email me with your ship to information and we will calculate the cost based on the size, weight and method of delivery. For more information on shipping, please refer to the STORE POLICY section.

Q: I'm local... can I pick it up and not pay shipping?
Of course!  Actually we prefer it this way... because it gives us a chance to meet you, and it gives you a chance to see what else we do, lots more samples in the store, and you get to meet us! :)

Also, if you will be picking up your order, make sure to select Pick Up at Store as the shipper option during Checkout... or just email us the order information.  We will shoot you back a confirmation that we've received it (if after hours, it may be the next morning before I send the confirmation).   You can pay when you pick up.

However, if you prefer to order and pay online, you absolutely can do so.  You can also request Courier Service for local deliveries - just make sure to note that information in the block for personalization of our order.  Any notes or comments can go there.  Make sure we have good contact info in case there are questions. 

If we use our courier, there will still be a "ship (courier) charge", but if you have an account with one that you want to send, there will be no additional charge.
